Engine Oil Reducing

Engine Oil Reducing

I have a Prius 2008 car, which has a mileage of 200k and my car started reducing the engine oil. When it covered the distance of 3000 km, the engine level reached to the minimum level and I filled it up with oil. What is the reason? Please tell me.

It is known that the Prius 1NZ-FXE engine in your car is prone to having low-tension piston rings. After reaching 120,000 miles 200,000 kilometers, these piston rings may become stuck in the grooves, leading to a loss of oil compression and/or overall compression. The only effective solution is to fully rebuild the engine and replace all of the piston rings with Toyotas updated high tension design. While it may be possible to have a competent engine builder just replace the piston rings and leave the rest of the engine intact, it is unlikely to find someone with the necessary skills in this country. Additionally, I am currently unavailable to perform this repair as I charge a high price for it and do not have the time at the moment
