Engine overheating in Suzuki APVs can be caused by various factors:

Low Coolant Levels: If the coolant level is low o r there is a coolant leak, the engine can overheat. Regularly check coolant levels and top them up as needed.
Thermostat Failure: A malfunctioning thermostat can prevent the coolant from circulating properly, causing the engine to overheat. Replacing the thermostat is recommended if it’s not working.
Radiator Problems: A clogged o r damaged radiator can obstruct coolant flow, leading to overheating. Regular cleaning of the radiator and checking for leaks can prevent this issue.
Faulty Water Pump: If the water pump isnt working properly, the coolant cant circulate through the engine, causing overheating. If this is the issue, the water pump will need replacement.
Worn-out Belts o r Hoses: If belts o r hoses are damaged o r cracked, they can cause a loss of coolant circulation. Regular inspection and replacement are necessary.
Prevention & Resolution: Regular maintenance and early diagnosis of issues, such as checking fluid levels and replacing worn-out components, can help avoid engine overheating.
