Expert Advice fo Shocks needed

hey guys.

I own a 2007 model with 35k km on eco cuore.

Lately I feel that thet are not really a shock move shole lot. are as they are stiff. and they dont have to jump. I can almost say even if I run a small stone.

Should I replace the shocks? if so, what is the best brand and what is the estimated Kharcha for all 4?

well as the shocks are shot then they move much rather not move the object or the shocks / dampers providence resistance to movement up or down, and I think 35k km is nothing for a silencer, if overused they Normal must go at least 100k or so km.
