Facing I-Mid Problems in Honda Civic 9th Gen

Hi,

I own a Honda Civic 9th Generation and I’m kind of facing problems with I Mid. It is so frustrating it and I can’t figure out what might be the exact problem. I searched everywhere.
Here is the problem that I’m facing.

When I try to make changes in the light setting o r anything that involves customizing something it says unavailable.
If anyone knows the solution to this problem please let me know.
