Facing Issues with D15Z6 Engine Swapped Help! Please

A few years ago I bought a Civic 2000 VTI Oriel Bran new from the dealership. After a few years, I swapped the engine at 280,000 km in like 2017 but it has started to decrease its fuel economy. It is giving around 4.5km per liter. Although D15Z6 is an economic engine Im facing the low mileage issue.

1 more thing is that car also runs on CNG as you all know but it runs so smoothly on it gives usually 75-80kms per cylinder 55kg.

but the real problem comes on when I start using petrol instead of CNG it is actually the worst. I mean 4.5kmpl Really from an economical engine! There is no O2 Sensor Installed plus ECU does not match the Engine.
Using AC while using petrol makes the mileage even worst. I cant even put any kind of load on it.

I would suggest you to use compatible ECU and Wiring Loom. Because something is not compatible with anything you are not supposed to use it.

Also, get compatible sensors because if there is a compatibility issue everwhere car will give you errors. Please use compatible sensors if you can find any.
