Facing RPM Issue in Kia Picanto

I bought Kia Picanto a month in used condition it was a pretty good deal and I thought I’m saving some money and I went for it.

But now I’m facing a little problem with the car RPM whenever my car reaches 55-58KM/H in the 4th gear and my car rpm reaches 2000 and the meter of my car starts to indicate that I need to apply the 5th gear.

I was really confused so I went to Kia Dealership and they told me there is nothing wrong with my car and I just want to know is it true. Is this normal.
If it is not normal please let me know if there is any solution to it.

It must be set in Economy Mode and I would like to correct you here your car indicator is fine it is doing what is meant to do.
You can just disable it if it is annoying there must be some kind of option.

You should check your car Manual.
