Fan is direct but temperature goes to Middle after 15 min dr

Salam,
Today i got adjusted CNG, Now i am in another problem, Temperature needle goes to middle after 15 min drive although radiator fan is direct, i m using coolant(OSAKA), Radiator is new with 1Year warranty
CNG mechanic says that fan speed is slow, replace fan with greater speed,
but i think Fan air throw is quite good,
Now suggest me plz what should i do, I have mehran VX non ac

What's wrong with the temp needle in the middle? It is the optimal temperature for the engine to work. I think you shouldn't be bothered unless it crosses the middle mark.
