Fiat Uno Engine Timings

Hey guys...

I just got the cam belt replaced on ma Fiat Uno and that stupid mechnic messed up the timings.. the car has started over heating, engine sound is too loud n rough, it doesnt climb hills like a tractor anymore n i just lost to a freakin diesel rolla... i mean how does that happen???

Would any one know where the timing marks are, for the cam, injection pump and the crank or if any one can tell abt a place in Isb/Rwp with timing locking tools for Fiat uno???
