Front tires feel like off the road

Hi friends,

On a rough road or a road with stones, but no carpet, I feel the front tires of my cult without grip, feel they are not in the air on the ground, bounces and the board as a power steering, may be moved filled with a finger. What Causes What should I do? My previous cult dont use to do the same roads.
