Fuel average of honda civic EXI

hi guys i want to know what is the fuel average of EXI manual mine is giving me about 9 kmpl and trip meter shows 400 km and the reserve light is on
plz help me out but i am getting it tuned on monday by honda service center .

my 05 exi used to give 9 km to a litre within the city ,10 was the most i ever got from it within the city
i managed 16.5 km/litre on the motorway on my way to lahore from islamabad
