Fuel consumption and tuning of Belta

I have 1000cc Belta. I changed the oil with Zic A+ air filter and oil filter and its mileage is now 11km/L in city. Should I tune up it? Should I change the plugs? What is price of plugs? Guide me please.

You should take to toyota showroom and get it tuned up.
