G13B or 4E-FTE! Which one is better in cng ?

Hi guys.. m new to the forums...i am here to ask you guys a few questions about the engine swapping... i have a cultus 2007 and i am a big racing freak.. i m looking to exchange my engine with one of the following above... can anyone of you who is familiar with these engines and have driven it can guide me which engine is good on speed and CNG and it would be great if you could provide me with the exact milage per 60 kg cylender on both of them
