Gear oil for 96 Civic?

I need to get the gear oil changed in my car. I need a recommendation for a good gear oil.

The engine has 158000kms on it and the transmission runs smoothly except for an occassional grind in second gear. But that only happens when I try to shift too soon.

Someone recommended Liqui Moly gear oil. It's fully synthetic and pricey, at Rs 680 for 1 liter bottle . Here's a pic.

What do you guys suggest?
