Gear problem Khyber

i own a 98 Khyber.
Today i feel a difference in my gear handle.
when its in first gear and i accelerate the car its replaced almost in the middle position and becomes a little bit hard then the normal previous position. When i try to shift up in second gear i feel its hardness.
wot's the problem

yar replace the gear lever bush,they r near the gear box,also check out ur gear lever n let it lubricated.u just ask mechanic to lubricate the lever,he will understand.i dont have to vocabulary to make u understand more
