Gear Shifting Problems When AC is Activated

Im seeking assistance to understand the gear shifting problem Im facing, particularly when shifting into 3rd and 4th gears with the AC turned on. Previously, I encountered this issue at 104,300KM on my vehicle.

Upon inspecting, I discovered that the transmission fluid filter was choked, so I replaced it with a brand-new Honda filter. Although the replacement improved the problem to a certain extent, it hasnt been fully resolved. Notably, Ive noticed that this issue arises exclusively when the AC is activated.

On the first two gears, my automatic vehicle runs smoothly, but when it comes to shifting into the third gear, it struggles. After the shift, I find myself pressing the accelerator firmly to maintain speed on 3rd gear otherwise, the transmission automatically downshifts to 2nd gear.

Its possible that there could be a problem with the transmission itself, such as worn-out clutch plates o r solenoids. Another possibility is that the AC compressor is placing an additional load on the engine,
