General tyres

hello .. I want to know why people changes general tyres as they buy new car ..What are the problems in that?

koi problem nahi hoti,i have used my Corolla Xli,46K Kms driven without any single problem with tyres,plus i have used my Baleno JXR with general tyres in it for almost 3 years without a single problem.
I admit that there's a bit problem with road grip but that's ignorable.This whole PROBLEM & ROAD GRIP SCENARIO has been created by tyre dealers who doesnt like General Tyres (even it's a European company) & wants to sell other tyres inorder to make our public with lots of money a big fool.
