Getting Rid of CNG

im planning to get rid of CNG from my car.Its factory Fitted CNG .car is Suzuki Baleno.Im thinking of just taking out the cylinder at the moment and leave the kit there.What i need to know is about the emulator and Advancer i want to take them out too is there any sort of thing that i can plug on to the socket of both which can make it start without them .

Another thing i have an XLi on petrol which gives me around 15 to 16 Kms per liter how much can a baleno acheive
