Green Fuel?

Which fuel is more greener (environment friendly).
Petrol, Diesel, LPG or CNG.
Please arrange these from more greener to less greener.

This is a very interesting question. It all depends on what kind of pollutants you are trying to minimise.

Diesel has lower COx emissions than petrol but has more particulate (carbon smoke) matter. Petrol can have higher COx and NOx emissions depending on tuning of engine.

CNG should be cleanest cuz it has lesser pollutants such as sulphur in it than petrol/diesel.

However it should be noted that the latest diesel engines in europe are classified as cleaner burning than petrols!
