Hand Brake base is hot

Hi,
i am having some problems with mehran, act. i bought it as a second car but now i am facing some problems with this car. well the tempetature of hand brake is high while driving the car even hand brake systems as working fine but when i touch to hand brake or base of hand brake, that feel like hot as dome thing is burning under that. Can someone please tell me the reason. and from where i can get temperature sensor for mehran in karachi .. cuz i bought that twice from a local market @85 but both were dead and there were no warranty..

hope that some expert will help me regarding these matter.

hello!
yeah downpipe touching the base causing the heat........get your car lift on service station and check out easily....or get someone lay and check that.....
i think rubber bushing in middle might be broked....
