Having a major issue with the Nissan Dayz headlights

I have a 2013/2017 Nissan Dayz Highway Star, and I’m having a major issue with the headlights. They start off bright for half a second, then suddenly dim. I’ve changed the H11 bulbs and asked several electricians, but no one can figure it out. Mechanics say I can’t use any other HID bulbs either. The lights are super dim, and I’ve even had two accidents because of it. The bulbs and ballast are both 35 watts. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you checked the wiring o r connectors? Sometimes loose o r corroded connections can cause dimming issues. Also, could be a problem with the headlight relay o r switch.
