Having an issue with my 2005 CF4s idle RPM

Im having an issue with my 2005 CF4s idle RPM. When I press the clutch o r stop, it spikes to 1500 for a few seconds before ping to 700. When I accelerate, it briefly hits 1000, then goes to 1500 and back to 700. This started a week ago after having the throttle body serviced, and even after replacing the choke, the problem persists.

Theres an IAC sensor, o r idle air control, next to the throttle body. You should get it checked out since you mentioned having this issue after cleaning the throttle body.
