Help me out firends

friends im hving corolla gli 2003 done 39000km.friends my car suddenly switch off while i was driving on 60.when i switch on the engine light come on.few days back i hve given my car for general inspection and MASALLAH everything waz alright..so why this happen is anything wrong to my car or is just sum technical prob..and tell me firends then i will take to my car showroom.agar isse lekar geya tu cahra cahra kar bolenge.

Could be the fuel pump. To check for sure take the air cleaner off (or the "neck" that goes to the air cleaner) and spray some carb cleaner or starter fluid in it pointing toward the motor. If it runs for a second that tells you there is a fuel delivery problem. You might want to start by checking the fuse to your fuel pump. Sometimes the obvious can be overlooked.That's what i think
