I have two options for tyres for my Charade 84

1: Nexen 2000 with Rims 185/65/R13 @ Rs: 10,000. (Rims needs polishing)

hmmm that's a tough choice, have you checked the market price for rims for your car?

I think that option 1 will be cheaper
