Help me understand what M/CAR/JEEP means on a driving license?

Hey,

Can anyone help me understand what M/CAR/JEEP means on a driving license? Does it cover motorcycles, cars, and jeeps, o r is it something else? Im not sure if I need a separate license for a motorcycle o r if this one is good for all of them.
