HELP! Need chain for Mercedes 310D!!

Hello,
i came from Germany with my car and i need your help!!

I think i know now what the problem with the noise from my engine is. Please see Undetectebale sound in Mercedes Engine

The chain is too long! It is 12.5 Grade after OT.
So i will change the chain as soon as possible.
Can you help me??
I am in Islamabad now and the car is still running. So i can go a few kilometers, no problem.
I am looking for a HIGH QUALITY chain. No China or Korea stuff!
And i am looking also for a garage that have the spezial tool to close the new chain. I dont`t want it to be closed it with a hammer!
Do you know where i can find a new chain for this engine and a garage with the spezial equipment?
The Original Mercedes Benz Part Numbers are
A 003 997 55 94 and A 000997 28 98for chain and chainlock.
The Data from my car are as follows:

this engine is also used in some other cars as i found out
Daewoo, Puch, Ssangyong
