Help needed .. New Sound systems

Salam,

Well i am completely new when it comes to cars. I am your typical PC Modding/ Video games loving guy , who wants to buy a good sound system for his car.... The problem is i dont know where to begin.

I am willing to spend around about 20,000 to 25,000 (thats the price of one Geforce 9800gt), so it isnt much but i think i can buy a "Decent" sound system. So please tell me where should i start ?
