Help Needed

Hello memebers, today morning when i started my car it started perfectly but the CD player wasnt working nor was the cigarette lighter under it ... i feel that both of these items aren't getting current from the battery...plz guys help me out and let me know whats wrong, what i should do....and what should be fixed......also note that the car is driven about 10.5k km's and nothing is done to the car except for oil changes.....and also CNG was added a long time ago but never used....plz help me out PAKWHEELS .. i will be very very grateful thanks and GOOD DAY..
