Help please

In the morning on cng when i start the car the rpm starts falling down and engine gets turned off again and again..even after reving the engine for some time. it dosent work out. Once it gets off then it takes 2-3 selfs to start again. This happens even when i driving the car. but after driving the car for 10 15 minutes it starts working fine and rpm dosent fall down . when i take it to the shop by that time that problem is gone by that time. my car has ADVANCER but no emulator.
is it bcuz of the emulator? i have this car since 2 years . it was working fine before.. i got my airfilter box replaced since it was broken. ive put a new one now. but the problem is still there.. on petrol it works totaly fine. What should i do? .. cuz by the time i take it to the shop. the problem is gone .

its very irritating.
