Help regarding Cultus carburetor service??

Help regarding Cultus carburetor service??

i have 2004 cultus and at at times it starts on petrol and even if it does it drops the RPM on idle and starts missing on throttle so as one of the pipe was leaking so i thought that was the reason.
Can people from Islamabad advice me a good mechanic in Islamabad and is the problem diagnosed properly and how much will it cost.
