Help required - Baleno ECU

I have recently bought a 2000 Baleno GLi-p. Its fuel pump was not working and I got it replaced but problem was not solved and current is not being transmitted to the pump from Electric Control Unit (ECU) or main computer.
My electrician opened it up and found 2 ICs burnt.
rest everything is working fine.
Can ECU repair be done or ICs can be replaced without changing the whole ECU (it is costly)?
Any place to get it done in Rawalpindi/Islamabad?
Any cost estimates?
I would appreciate the replies from experts

ECU can be repaired but a more simpler solution would be to derive the fuel pump with a separate relay .

If your car is equiped with CNG just hookup the fuel pump with the cng switch and a relay in between.
