Help required elm 327 config with toyota platz 2004

I have purchased elm 327 recently. I have tested the car with Toyota Yaris and is properly. But the issue is that it is not properly working with Toyota Corolla X 2003 model and Toyota Platz 2004. I have installed it on both cars with the help of TORQUE PRO and hob drive but not successfully functioning. . I have also tried Toyota jdm can21 as suggested on the forums of hob drive and also have tried several initialization strings but still it is not working. Please anyone can guide me with a step by step guidance so that I can be able to use ELM 327 on Platz and corolla x. Thanking in anticipation.
