Help Required Gasket Issue!

Dear fellows!
I need your advice on how to proceed as i have following problems.
1. The car is leaking some oil..just above spark plugs.
2. The car feels very underpowered on petrol. On CNG it is f9.
3. Sometimes white smoke come out of tailpipe.
4. Sometimes the car turns off after starting.

The problem which i think is the head gasket is leaking and it is creating these problems.

My car is Chevrolet Exclusive. Should i change head gasket or is there need of full engine overhaul! Also suggest me good mechanic or shop in ISb/RWP from where i can hace my work done with satisfaction!
Is Chevrolet Showroom of I/9 advisable
Plz also tell me the cost of all this!

First of All Make the Leakings Closed.. It will ruin ur Engine and after Changing seals Put your Car's oil Complete then observed for 5.6 Days if oil is decreasing... At which time White Smoke come out? Morning? everytime? And is ur car Heating??
