Help Required - Suzuki Khyber

From last two days i am facing problem of probably heat guage.
As i drove the car the heat guage start rising and continue to rise to middle above and as soon as i stop on any signal the guage starts to fell down. I checked it from a mechanic he said all is ok.
just need some expert opinion...vhout could be the problem..should i replace the heat guage..? of check wiring of the car..as when the heat guage goes up the dashboard lights of left and right signal became dim and whenever i apply any of these signal the clock also starts blinking with it......?

Please can any one guide me vhat to do.....?
let me tell you one more thing, two days before it was working perfectly fine..the heat guage never even touches center point as i have installed a relay with fan.

please suggest....?
