HELP!!! Starting Trouble!!!!

Need Help !
I have LR Kit and Inflex Cylinder in my Daewoo Racer for the past 1+ year, its not EFI and there have never been a problem with it in starting it on CNG, even in cold too.
BTW for the past couple of weels I have started having trouble starting after a long drive, when after travelling for some time, car is shut down than it wont start . I thought that it was heating up but that was not the case, as i got everything checked. So after doing such travel I took the car straight to a CNG Mechanic, it didnt start. So he fiddled with the CNG Screws and it started. I was like what the... as I have been hurting my head and wallet over this thinking it was heating problem. Anyways the mechanic is not very bright and he suggested that I start on petrol when I stop the engine after a drive. But the cars been with me for more than a year and this problem started just a couple of weeks ago.
Any suggestions ?

i hope all elec./wiring 'd be in order. check whether those 2 elect magnet/ solenoids work when u s/w on the key, i meant choke settings theek hain.
btw how about starting it on petrol, is it fine?
