Help with Cultus VXR Race Issue

Salam to all reading this Post and thanks in Advance for your suggestions.

I am having a problem lately.

While driving the race rpm just drops when I apply the brakes. AC on or off doesnt matter. I have to restart the car.

Sometimes it does this sometimes not. I dont have a clue whats wrong.

Need suggestions. I just bought the car a week ago.
Seller said no need to do anything with it for a month.

Mileage is something like pkr 300-340 full cylinder gives 90-100 km with ac. Is that ok ?
