High RPM Issue in 2010 Cultus VXRI Need Expert Advice on Fixing It

I have a 2010 Cultus VXRI and for the last two years, Ive been facing an issue with high RPM when pressing the clutch. The problem happens all the time, whether its morning o r evening, so its not related to the car cooling down. Every time I get it tuned, the issue goes away for a month, but then comes back. A mechanic replaced the sensor once, and it worked for 4-5 months, but now its back again. The RPM goes high 1500-2000 when shifting gears, pressing the clutch o r brakes, even in third o r fourth gear. No mechanic has been able to figure out the root cause. Now one mechanic suggests changing the throttle body. Any experts have advice?

Bhai, lagta hai masla throttle body ya Idle Air Control Valve IACV ka hai. Agar clean karne ke baad bhi masla wapas aa raha hai, to shayad replace karni pade. Saath hi vacuum leaks aur Throttle Position Sensor TPS bhi check karwa lo. Ek dafa achi scanner se codes check karwa lo, warna parts blindly change karte reh jaoge.
