Honda Accord Heating up with AC

Hi,

I need some experts opnion here. I have Accord 83 automatic. It is heating up when i turn on AC after 10 min almost.Temp guage goes up almost to 20 percent but when i switch off engine it boils water and water start leaking from side bottle or radiator cap. I hv installed two fan on radiator and get it cleaned then a fan on condenser. but still problem is there. I hv installed thermostat for AC as well. A mechanic told me its gear problem it not shifting gear. but my car still runs fast 120 or more. so i dnt agree with him that its gear problem. please suggest. should i replace head gasket or something else. suggest me any good mechanic as well....
