Honda Civic 2004 Missing Issue! Help Required

Salam,

I hope you are all doing well, I have been facing an issue with my Honda Civic 2004 EXI Non-VTEC.

Actually, the problem is ever since I put new head my car started acting up and I’m confused about why is this happening.
• 1500 cc same as the old one

• Vtec but not connected

Problems That I’m facing currently

• When the engine is cold like I’m starting my car in the middle of the night, It makes a lot of noise which is kind of annoying and sounds like It is missing. Missing fades away when the engine is Hot and not cold.

• When the engine is at 4000 RPM White smoke rushes out of the exhaust and after some time engine cuts off and leaves behind the Smelly Exhaust.

• Car feels underpowered because of this I feel like I’m not using this car at its peak.

I changed the head of the car because I was facing issues with Cams’s Sound

If anyone can help me regarding this I would be really grateful
