hello everyone I have a Honda Civic 2018 driven only 30k miles, issue is whenever I move the steering wheel to the fullest it gets stiff and starts making sound like TAK Tak Tak.please suggest what is the exact issue with the steering wheel?

this issue is very common in Honda civic just get it replaced under warranty.
