Honda Civic 2021 LCD Problem

Im experiencing an issue with the display of my Honda Civic 2021. The side lights of the LCD are working, but the display itself is not functioning. However, the backup camera is operational, and the display appears when the camera is active. Im wondering if anyone has any knowledge o r suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
