Honda Civic 40k service

I would like to know opinions from the members on 40k service by Honda. I have a Civic Vti 06 (previous shape). Need to know your feedback on the following.

1. Is transmission oil need to be replaced ? Many mechanics are against it
2. Is throttle body and tappet adjustment/ service required ? my past experience, in other cars, has been bad as the fuel consumption goes up & torque reduces.
3. Which service center is better ? Honda I-9 or Honda pit stop Aabpara in Islamabad.

i dont know about the other points but yes its necessary to change the transmission oil after 40K. what mechanic is against it? it's recommended by honda even in their service manual. you risk damage to your gear box if the oil is not changed on time.
