Honda civic AC diagnositc

Perform an AC self-diagnostic test.

Turn the ignition off. Press and hold both the recirculation and rear defogger buttons on your AC control panel.

Then, with the other hand, turn your ignition to the "on" (II) position (not the "start" position).

The recirculation button light will illuminate for 2 seconds and the self-diagnostic procedure will begin. You can remove your fingers from the buttons.

If there is a fault in the circuit, the recirculation button light will blink a number of times corresponding to the DTC.

If there is no DTC, check your coolant level.
