Honda Civic Interior Door Handles

I own a 2017 Civic that has been driven for 70,000 kilometers, and like many of you might know, the paint on the interior door handles has faded considerably to the extent that they are almost entirely black.

Can you suggest a solution to this problem, and also let me know the cost of purchasing new handles?
