Honda civic lights modification

i have almost bought a honda 04,but its the early modal so the front lights are the old ones(2001 to 2004 shape),if i replace them with the new lights(2004 to 2006 shape),what modification i have to make n whats will be its expense (ROUGH estimate of used front lights etc,from bilal gunge,not honda dealership ).......

i think only the lights and mud-gaurds (fenders) need to be chaged,any other thing needs to be changed or not??

You want to convert the CAT EYES to EAGLE EYES?
I think you will need to change the fenders,front bumper (as the grill is with the bumper in this model) and maybe the hood aswell.
