Honda Civic Rebirth Facing Multiple Problems

Salam Guys,

I’m facing a lot of issues with my Honda Civic Rebirth it was working fine. Now, these problems all of a sudden showed up.
I’m like how is it even possible that multiple problems just showed o r is it just one that is causing all these problems?

List of Problems I’m facing right Now.

• Sun Roof is making Rattling Sound

• Suspension is making creaking noise

• Grinding Noise Only Happens when I drive in reverse

• TukTuk Sound from the left side of the car.

If you guys can solve these issues o r provide any solution to a similar problem I will try to see if that works here.

I will be grateful and one more thing. Whenever I press the floor of the cars rear back seat. It makes the exact same sound like the one coming from the Left Side of the car.
