I own a Honda Civic Rebirth and I have been planning to upgrade my car wheel to 16 inches from 15 inches.

I want to know will it affect my car overall performance.
Decided to buy this stuff:

• 16 Inch Alloy Wheels of Civic Oriel 2019

• Michelin XM2 Tires

I want to know how much effect will it have on my car o none at all, I mostly drive in Lahore.

Yes, ride quality varies significantly with wheel size.
Noise level and handling are also majorly affected by wheel size.
