Honda Civic X Oriel 2017 AC Issue After 50,000 KM

AOA Everyone,
do A few days back my Civic AC stopped working, today I took it to a renowned workshop in Faisalabad. They Just checked a Pipemost probably AC GAS Pipe and told me that your car's freezer is leaked, we have to change it and for that we have to open all dashboard. they gave me following estimate for all this.

1.AC Freezer/Cooling Coil Thailand : 10,500
2.Labor Charges & AC GAS: 10,000
He also told me its very known fault in Honda Civic X 2017 & in last two months he fixed about 7 civics with same issue.

I just want your feedback regarding this, Is that really a Know issue of Civic X 2017?
