Honda Civic X Steering Rack Problem Please Help!

Asalam Alaiykum Gari Members,

I bought my Honda Civic 2017 like two years ago and It has been perfect for me, never had any kind of problem with it. But now I noticed a weird sound coming from the Steering.

When I turn my car to the right I feel like it gets stuck for a while and this only happens when I turn my car to the right.

I thought I should go to the Honda maybe they will be able to fix it, and they claimed they can fix it actually but for a whopping 228,000 PKR. They said they will replace the entire assembly.

I’m like damn so I skipped and Thought before doing this I should do my homework and I came to Gari and thought I should give it a try here and see if anyone can help me In a more budget-friendly way.

You dont have to replace the entire assembly, It can be fixed easily by a good mechanic.

So I would advise you to go to a good and professional mechanic who knows what he is doing.
