Honda Civics automatic transmission feels really sluggish

Hey, my 2005 Civic with an automatic transmission feels really sluggish when I accelerate from a stop o r when speeding up. But once I hit around 20 mph, it feels fine and light. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hey! It might be your transmission fluid being low o r dirty, a clogged filter, o r worn spark plugs. Also, check your fuel system for any issues. It’s a good idea to have a mechanic check it out.
