Honda Fit Fuel average issue?

hello everyone is there someone who is using Honda fit can tell me what is the fuel average my car is giving me 7kmp.l which is very bad,i have changed the oil filter etc but average is still same.

very horrible average you should removed the cat and throttle and injectors clean.
